| | ACCESS THE JHTT DATA SYSTEM
Welcome to the Johns Hopkins Technology Transfer database system. Only authorized Hopkins personnel may access this portal to report new technologies (not yet available) and review existing submissions. Here are a few "quick review" items that you should be aware of, we have also provided a User Manual that is very helpful in accessing the system. - The system can be accessed by either a Mac or PC, all major browsers are supported
- Access to the system must be made from a computer located "on-campus"
- The system is available every day of the week, but we ask everyone to log off by 8:00 pm so that the system may be backed up
- Your Jhed user name and password is required to gain access to the system
- Only currently existing inventors have been setup for access
- To login, just follow the link located at the bottom of this page to the system's Login screen
- The Login screen contains a Login button, which will then take you to a Jhed authentication screen
- NOTE - Please note that most navagation icons will appear on the left side of each screen
- Once logged in, click on the Tech Trans navagation button
- You then have the choice of which area you can visit in the system; Disclosures, Technology Cases, Protection Filings (patents), Agreements (License, NDA, MTA, etc..)
- The information that is presented to you will be your data only and based on whether you are named as an Inventor of the technology
- The system does have a session timeout of 60 minutes, so if you are not active on the system after 1 hour, it will time you out
If you are new to technology transfer, you can be setup in the system by emailing the system administrator, Alan Mullenax amullena@jhmi.edu, with the following information: - Your full name
- Jhed user name
- Primary department affiliation
- Email address
- Phone number
The JHTT database system is a secure location, accessible by a computer located on any campus with a valid Hopkins JHED ID and password. Please review the User Manual, as you may find it helpful in accessing the system. Access the JHTT Data System here.
